GAFFNEY, S.C.—The Limestone College women’s tennis team lost to No. 47-ranked Erskine College 7-2 on Saturday afternoon at the Emmie Evans Rector Tennis Center. The Saints’ record falls to 2-15 overall and 1-8 in league play after today’s Conference Carolinas loss. The Fleet improve to 13-7 overall and 8-1 in the conference.

GAFFNEY, S.C.—The Limestone College women’s tennis team shut out Belmont Abbey 9-0 on Friday afternoon at the Emmie Evans Rector Tennis Center. The Saints improve to 2-14 overall and 1-7 in Conference Carolinas play as the Crusaders fall to 0-12 overall and 0-9 in the league.

HIGH POINT, N.C.—Limestone College’s Jimena Munoz Quiroga (La Candelaria, Coyoacan, Mexico) was named Conference Carolinas women’s tennis Player of the Week, as released by the league office on Wednesday. Munoz Quiroga had a solid week for the Saints as she was 3-0 in doubles play and 2-1 in singles play.

The Limestone College tennis matches scheduled for Thursday, April 8 against Belmont Abbey have been moved. The Saints will take on the Crusaders on Friday, April 9 at 3:30 p.m. at the Emmie Evans Rector Tennis Center in Gaffney, S.C.
