Limestone College’s Mike Magaha (Seaford, Del.) and Jeremy Parker (Winchester, Va.) will compete in the 2010 NCAA Division II Wrestling National Championship on March 12-13 at the Sapp Fieldhouse in Omaha, Neb. The tournament is hosted by the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

JOHNSTOWN, Pa.—The Limestone College wrestling team finished tied for sixth at the 2010 Super Region I Tournament hosted by the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown on Saturday. Two Saints earned NCAA National Championship bids as Jeremy Parker (Winchester, Va.) took first in the 141-pound weight class and Mike Magaha (Seaford, Del.) finished fourth at 133 lbs.

JOHNSTOWN, Pa.—The Limestone College wrestling team is in seventh place at the NCAA Division II Regional Tournament hosted by the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown. Fifteen teams and nearly 150 wrestlers are competing, with the top four wrestlers in each of the 10 weight classes advancing to the NCAA Division II National Tournament hosted by the University of Nebraska-Omaha on March 12-13.

The competition is hosted by the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. GAFFNEY, S.C.—The Limestone College wrestling team upset the No. 11-ranked team in the country with a 19-17 victory over the University of North Carolina-Pembroke on Friday night at the Timken Center. The Saints, who entered the match ranked No. 9 in the region, improve their dual record to 14-7. The victory was an important one for the Saints as the team begins NCAA regional competition in two weeks.

Newberry will face Belmont Abbey at 6 p.m. followed by a matchup against Limestone at 7:30 p.m.
