GOLF COMPETES AT MONTREAT SPRING INVITATIONAL

MONTREAT, N.C.-- The Limestone College golf teams competed in the first round of the Montreat Spring Invitational on Monday. The Saint men are in the lead after round one after firing 291. The women’s team is in sixth place.

The Saint men were led by Brad Williams (Elgin, S.C.) and Luke McClellan (West Columbia, S.C.), as each player fired 72. Kyle Scruggs (Chesnee, S.C.) shot 73. Kyle Parker (Gaffney, S.C.) scored 74 while Drew Sloan (Inman, S.C.) shot 76.

Play continues tomorrow at the Montreat Spring Invitational.
