NCAA Conference Carolinas Bluegrass Moutain Conf.

MCCLELLAN AND SMITH NAMED ALL-CONFERENCE
All CC Golf
High Point, N.C. > Luke McClellan (West Columbia, S.C.) and Ansley Smith (Blythewood, S.C.) were both named to the All-Conference Carolina Team on Sunday.  McClellan was named to the men's second team and was also honored as the "Freshman of the Year."  Smith earned third team honors for the women's team.  Both Saints are competing in the second round of the conference golf championship.  Smith is currently tied for 18th overall after shooting a first round 86, while McClellan is tied for 17th on the men's side with a 75.

The Conference Carolinas All-Conference Teams were determined by vote from each Head Coach of participating league institutions. Nominations were collected and then voted upon by ballot and tallied to determine Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year, Coach of the Year, All-Conference First Team, All-Conference Second Team and All-Conference Third Team. Awards were presented at the league golf team banquet at the Conference Tournament Championships co-hosted by Belmont Abbey College and the Tanglewood Park Championship Golf Course in Clemons, NC. This year’s award winners are as follows:
