STORRIER SELECTED TO USILA DI/II NORTH/SOUTH SENIOR ALL-STAR GAME

BALTIMORE, MD -- Senior attackman Brendan Storrier (LaFayette, N.Y.) has been named to the USILA Division I/II Senior All-Star Game, where he will represent the South. Storrier is one of twelve DII players invited to participate in the All-Star festivities.
The 68th United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Associations North/South Games will be played at Harvard Stadium on Friday, May 22, 2009 as part of a triple header. The Division III game will be played at 2:00 PM and the Division I/II game will be played at 4:00 PM followed by the Boston Cannons game vs. the Denver Outlaws at 7:30.
A transfer from Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, N.Y., Storrier led the Saints in points for the past two seasons. In 2009, he recorded 34 goals and 18 assists, raising his career totals to 78 goals and 51 assists. Storrier was a two-time first team all-conference player and in 2008 was named Conference Carolinas Player of the Year and honored as a second team All-American.
No. 6 Limestone (10-4, Conference Carolinas 4-1), which won the Conference Carolinas Tournament Championship for the ninth time in the last ten years, completed their season against No. 2 CW Post in the NCAA DII semifinal contest.
