Limestone trailed the Bobcats 1-0 after losing at the No. 2 doubles flight, but the Saints took a 2-1 lead after their No. 3 doubles team, Paulo Avila (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) and Miguel Lopez Zuniga (Guanajuato, Mexico), got an 8-5 win over Tyler Grove and Alek Mojski. Limestone’s Thomas Ollivier (Caen, France) and Phillippe Hogan (Montreal, Quebec, Canada) battled for an 8-6 win over Nandor Solymosi and Steve Karendal at the No. 1 slot.

Despite holding the 2-1 lead heading into the singles competition, Limestone struggled and dropped the No. 1 and No. 2 flights. Henrik Nordquist (Danderyd, Stockholm, Sweden) got the Saints’ only win at No. 4 as he beat Travis VanHoy in two sets, 7-6, 6-2.
