Stinson and Cercueil Lead Saints Cross Country at SAC Championships

NEWTON, N.C.- The Limestone University men's and women's cross-country teams competed in the South Atlantic Conference championships on Saturday afternoon, taking 10^th and 9^th overall respectively.

Men's 8k

Senior Kennedy Stinson (Stockbridge, Ga.) paced the men's team, bringing home 24th place overall with a time of 24:21
Sophomore Judson Taylor (Lexington, S.C.) finished in 56^th place overall for the Saints, coming across the line at 25:51
Sophomore Noah Boyd (Winder, Ga.) clocked in at a 26:08 for Limestone
Sophomore Xander Love (Clover, S.C.) came across the line at 26:58 for the Saints
Junior Keron Charles (Hope St. Andrews, Grenada) finished with a 30:18 for Limestone
Sophomore Dylan Guion (Fountain Inn, S.C.) completed his race at 31:46 for the Saints

Women's 5k

Freshman Oceane Cercueil (Paris, France) led the way for the Limestone women, clocking in at 23:10, good for 45th overall
Graduate Khasmine Harris (Columbia, S.C.) clocked in at 24:07 for the Saints, good for 61^st overall
Senior Deimante Bedalyte (Vilnius, Lithuania) came across the line at 24:47 for the Blue and Gold
Sophomore Alia Ibensadiken (Ada Calvia, Spain) came across with a time of 25:20
Sophomore Gaby Darazi (Anderson, S.C.) finished with a time of 28:07 for Limestone
