Mathews, N.C.- Men's Soccer took down Mars Hill in the South Atlantic Conference Semifinals 4-2. The Saints controlled the ball for most of the game, however Mars Hill's strong offense did not let up through the match. Limestone advances to the South Atlantic Conference finals on Sunday against Lenoir-Rhyne kickoff will be at 1:00 p.m..
STORY OF THE GAME:Â
First Half:Â
•   Both teams came out looking to control the ball.Â
•  Â
Falk Jorch found the back of the net for the Saints as he was assisted by Claudel N'Goubou and
Mark Radoki.
Second Half:Â
•   N'Goubou scored on a penalty kick putting Limestone up 2-0.Â
•   Mars Hill scored on an own goal by the Saints as the ball was kicked around in packed box making the score 2-1.Â
•   Peter Plougmand scored the second goal for Mars Hill as he was assisted by Sam Bayly tying the game up 2-2.Â
•   Radoki put Limestone ahead on a shot to the left of the net as he was assisted by N'Goubou bringing the score to 3-2.

Hugo Vien put Mars Hill away and the game out of reach as he scored late in the game and was assisted by Radoki bringing the final score to 4-2.Â

•   Saves: MHU's goalkeeper made 7 saves compared to LU's 3 saves.
