Gaffney, SC- Limestone University's football team improved to 8-3 overall and 7-2 in the South Atlantic Conference on Saturday, Nov. 16, as the Saints handled Mars Hill in a 31-26 victory on Senior Day at Saints Field.
Limestone defeated Mars Hill for the first time at home in program history, the Lions fell to 5-4 overall and 5-3 in the conference.
In the last game of his college career, Dustin Noller almost threw for a season high throwing for 376 yards two yards from his season high.
In the first quarter, both teams battled through the first quarter as both teams went scoreless. Limestone's strong defense kept the Lions tamed through the first, keeping the score at 0-0.
