KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Dec. 12, 2024) – United Soccer Coaches announced the 2024 NCAA Division II Men's and Women's All-Americans on Thursday, recognizing the top collegiate soccer players in the nation. Limestone University had a notable presence in this year's selections, with four players earning All-American honors.
Graduate defender
Stefan Roeb from Konigswinter, Germany. Roeb's defensive skills and leadership have been crucial for Limestone's success, securing him a place on the First Team among the top defenders in Division II soccer.
Up next is graduate midfielder
Claudel N'Goubou from Auray, France, who received his second All-America honor, highlighting his consistent excellence on the field. N'Goubou has been a key player for Limestone, known for his midfield dominance and playmaking abilities, earning him a spot on the Second Team.
Joining N'Goubou is senior defender
Falk Jorch, hailing from Wuppertal, Germany, who was named to the Second Team. Jorch's solid defensive performances and tactical awareness have made him an integral part of Limestone's defense.
To round out the four we have Graduate midfielder
Hugo Vien from Marseille, France, earned a place on the Third Team. Vein's versatility and creativity in the midfield have been vital for Limestone, showcasing his ability to adapt and excel in various roles.
These players will be honored at the United Soccer Coaches All-America Ceremony on January 11, 2025, in Chicago, Illinois, in conjunction with the United Soccer Coaches Convention. This event will celebrate their achievements and contributions to collegiate soccer.
