Milledgeville, GA– Limestone's women's basketball played Georgia College in an out-of-conference weekend showdown. Limestone came out with the win with the final score of 79-73. They picked up the win on the road, and the game was played in Centennial Center. The Saints improve to a record of (5-7, 1-7 SAC) Georgia College falls to a record of (7-4, 0-1 Peach Belt).
Key Players:
- Kalisha Hill (Saluda, S.C. ) had an impressive performance with 19 points and 17 rebounds.
- Aniyah Jones (Grovetown, Ga.)  contributed 14 points, shooting efficiently from both the field and the free-throw line.
- Megan Watson (Tampa, Fla. ) added 16 points, including 3 three-pointers.

First Quarter:
- Jones opened the scoring with a layup, assisted by Shelton. Limestone 2-0.
- Hill followed with a jumper, assisted by Amiyah Clark-Lamelle(Greer, S.C.). Limestone 4-0.
- Evie Depetro responded with a jumper for Georgia College, assisted by Jada Warren. Score 4-2.
- Hill added two more points for the Saints with a layup. Limestone 8-2.
- Hill continued her early dominance, scoring on a tip-in after an offensive rebound. Limestone 10-2.
- Clark extended Limestone's lead with a layup, assisted by Poe, making it 15-7.
- Amara Newsom (Kennesaw, Ga.) scored another layup for Limestone, pushing the score to 22-12.
- Evie Depetro closed the quarter with a fastbreak jumper for Georgia College, assisted by Ashyia Willis. End of the first quarter: 22-15.
Second Quarter:
- Both teams traded baskets, keeping the game close.
- Georgia College took the lead with 3:15 left, hitting a three-pointer to go up 31-29.
- Poe cut the lead to one with a three-pointer from the top of the key.
- Watson hit a mid-range jumper, giving the Saints a 34-33 lead at halftime.
Third Quarter:
- Miracle Parker of Georgia College hit a three-pointer to start the second half, reclaiming the lead.
- Hill tied the game at 36-36 with a putback layup.
- The Saints went on a ten-point run, seizing control of the game.
- Georgia College ended the Saints' scoring streak with a three-pointer.
- The Bobcats fought back to take the lead with less than two minutes remaining.
- Limestone regained a three-point lead by the end of the quarter, 55-52.
Fourth Quarter:
- Newsom started the scoring for the Saints with a layup.
- Poe hit a three-pointer to maintain a four-point lead, 60-56.
- Ashyia Willis kept Georgia College in the game with a mid-range jumper.
- Georgia College went on a run, closing the gap to four points.
