GAFFNEY, S.C. – Over the coming weeks, the Limestone University Athletics Media Relations Office will recap each of Limestone's seasons from the 2023-24 athletic year. The "Saints Season in Review" series will highlight key moments and individual accomplishments from each campaign this past year.
Men's Cross Country
SAC Championships:Â 10th
NCAA Division II Southeast Regional: 18th
Queens XC Challenge: 23rd
USC Upstate Eye Opener: 12th
2024 Year in Review
The 2024 Men's Cross Country season was highlighted by a string of strong individual performances at both the SAC Championship meet and following NCAA Division II Southeast Regional meet.
At the conference championship meet, graduate student
Kennedy Stinson led the way for the Saints bringing home 24th place overall by clocking a time of 24:21. Stinson continued what was a strong season at regionals, again leading Limestone with a time of 31:24 in the 10k, placing in the top-40 overall.
Sophomore
Judson Taylor (Lexington, S.C.) also spent the fall near the top of the team leaderboard, performing admirably with a 25:51 at the conference championship event. Taylor carried that strong run into regionals as well, finishing the 10k in 34:59 for the Saints.
