SALISBURY, NC – The Limestone University men's tennis team fell to Catawba College, 4-1, on March 1, 2025, at the Johnson Tennis Courts.

In singles competition, Obrad Marovski provided the team's sole win, defeating Mateo Berne 6-3, 6-4. Ramiro Rincon and Rodolfo Villavicenci both came close in their matches but ultimately lost in tight contests. Rincon lost to Thomas Kostka 7-6, 6-5, while Villavicenci fell to Luca Bergonzi 6-4, 6-1. Barthelemy Bourdon also struggled in his match, losing 6-4, 6-3 to Alessandro Valleta. Theo Casadei's match against Ryosuke Inagawa was left unfinished, with Inagawa leading 7-5, 4-6, 2-0.

In doubles, Catawba claimed two victories. Bergonzi/Mastri defeated Zamorano/Cortez 6-1, and Inagawa/Zabala won over Rincon/Calou 7-5. The match between Villavicenci/Marovski and Berne/Castares remained unfinished.
