Mars Hill, N.C. – The Limestone University Baseball team showcased their resilience and determination on the road, sweeping a doubleheader against Mars Hill on March 29, 2025. The Saints battled hard and demonstrated their ability to dominate, making their fans proud.

Game 1 – Limestone 13, Mars Hill 9

Limestone took an early lead in the third inning, scoring three runs. They continued to build their lead with four runs in the fourth inning, three runs in the seventh, and two runs in the eighth. Mars Hill responded with runs in the second, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth innings but fell short with a final score of 13-9. Key contributions included a home run by Adams Faucett and a triple by Corey Hodierne. Kemper Nix delivered a strong pitching performance, striking out five batters over five innings. Despite Mars Hill's efforts, Limestone's offense proved too powerful.

Game 2 – Limestone 6, Mars Hill 2

In the second game, Limestone secured a 6-2 victory, completing the series sweep. Limestone scored early with one run in the first inning and two runs in the second.
