GAFFNEY, SC – The Limestone University men's tennis team was defeated 4-2 by Carson-Newman University on March 8, 2025, at the Emmie Evans Rector Tennis Center.

In singles competition, Andre Zamorano was the highlight for Limestone, defeating Paul Gayk 6-3, 7-6 (7-0). However, Ramiro Rincon fell to Gjorji Jankulovski 6-4, 6-3, and Rodolfo Villavicenci was defeated by Louis Keenan 6-4, 2-6, 6-1. Matthew Saunders overcame Barthelemy Bourdon 1-6, 6-0, 6-1, while Come De Lorgeril secured a win for Limestone, defeating Leonard Baecker 7-6 (4-0), 6-4. The match between Obrad Markovski and Marnix Van Dalen was unfinished with Marovski leading 6-7 (0-5), 6-2, 3-4.

In doubles play, Limestone faced difficulties, with the duo of Villavicenci/Markovski losing 6-3 to Jankulovski/Keenan. The pair of Cortez/Zamorano also fell 6-3 to Van Dalen/Gayk. Ramiro Rincon and Giovane Calou managed to secure a 6-3 win over Baecker/Saunders.
