GAFFNEY, SC – The Limestone University men's tennis team triumphed 4-3 over No. 24 Lander University on April 8, 2025, at the Emmie Evans Rector Tennis Center.

In singles competition,Obrad Markovski faced a tough challenge in Harry Pugh but earned a  6-4, 6-7 (8-6), 6-4 victory. While, Andre Zamorano followed up with a 6-3, 6-3 win, and Ramiro Rincon also secured a 6-0, 6-4 victory. Obrad Markovski faced a tough challenge and lost his first match, dropping the tie-breaker 8-6 in the second set. Despite tough competition, Rodolfo Villavicenci, Come De Lorgeril, and Barthelemy Bourdon fell in their respective singles matches, with Villavicenci losing 6-2, 6-1, De Lorgeril defeated 6-3, 6-2, and Bourdon lost 6-1, 6-1.

In doubles play, Villavicenci and Markovski earned a solid 6-3 victory over Pugh and Jayaprakash, while Zamorano and Cortez battled but were defeated 6-4 by Bellet and Danielsson. Rincon and Calou clinched the final win with a 7-6 (7-4) victory.
